What feilds? the fields the current ircd supports or the fields all
ircds support? how will you tell them apart?

Thing is, there is a "standard" that dalnet created that overrides
Undernets MAP numeric (005) that can give some info in a somewhat
standardized way. But beyond that _you have to know_ what ircd it is or
just support the rfc.
