as I told GuS once, arrows in circles look better if the arrow is small

moreover,
if you want to use glossy elements, elements should be always glossy... I 
mean, the group categories are shaded in a way they look opaque, while the 
contact infos in CW, the scrollbars and dropdown arrows in CL look glossy: 
it feels inconsistent IMO

btw, I like the white dominant, but I would still maybe it could become the 
BG for CL, too? the DP frame is too big; if the shadow for the DP will be an 
element for the skin I won't like it
