I am writing a new topcw.

What are the differences between the old system and the new one?
Now we can show smilyes in the tab, and if you are using colorednicks also
nick styles.
Then the topcw it's wlm-like but better, much modern and configurable.
I want to know what do you think about it and if you agree i'll put it on
svn (it works... :P )
