It looks to me like you want
BROWALIAS "Mozilla/*(compatible;*MSIE 3*" MSIE/3
(and the same for the other versions). There's a space between MSIE and 3
in the browser name, which isn't in the left hand side of your alias. The
quotes are needed because the name now contains a space.
