[analog-help] how to get digest version?

hi all, i thought i remembered something about
a digest version of this list being available.
is that true, and if so, how do subscribe?
i've tried mailing several 'help'-type messages
to the various -request lists, and looked at
Stephen's homepage, but haven't found anything.
