Demos are just demos, they come and go, unless if you follow up. While the marketing team sorta came through at Google I/O, the Android Developer sessions at I/O were very poor. It was like they forgot about it and left it as an after thought, as the focus seemed mostly on Google Gears and that social networking stuff. It was like they were treating us Java developers like we were HTML guys or something.
But yeah, it is time for a new SDK release. It's a little tiresome working with old documentation that still references the M3 build. The iPhone SDK is on its 7th beta, while not necessarily a good thing, (cuz the last few betas broke a lot of code substantially), at least you know there is work being done there. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
