Well, I used to work for a company that produced an embedded OS with SDK, and let me tell you, the OS is the *easy* part of the job. You would not believe how incredibly, hideously, radically hard a good SDK is to do. I'm actually really impressed at how *good* the Android SDK is given its prebeta state and rate of change. And compared to a lot of *traditional* mobile phone operating systems, the API documentation is outstanding --- like, there is some! -- ┌─── dg@cowlark.com ───── http://www.cowlark.com ───── │ "I have always wished for my computer to be as easy to use as my │ telephone; my wish has come true because I can no longer figure out │ how to use my telephone." --- Bjarne Stroustrup
