There is actually now way to know if they rated your app or not, so this wouldn't work anyway. And apparently there is a whole new crop of so called 'malware' (mostly filled with ads, etc.) that require you to give them a 5-star rating to continue playing/watching, etc. Most people apparently fall for it, and those apps get a high ranking.
