Eric, #1 - This was probably been cut & pasted from the G1 literature without any thought when the PR guys were told "we're going to release an Android 'phone like the G1".
#2 - The formats may not be supported by existing Android implementations, but if Kogans R&D guys have integrated a AV library such as PacketCore and a player such as VLC then it's possible these are features which will be available on the Kogan 'phone, again this doesn't seem to be a fundamental blocker to it's existance. #3 - My guess is this is another typo, it probably should be "256MB On-board RAM + 128MB Flash". The G1 only has 192MB of RAM, and 128MB is plausable for a boot image. MicroSD supports upto 16GB and provides a reasonable speed for browsing photos & music, so why do you see this as a reason that the 'phone can't exist? #4 - Everyone knows that product release dates tend to slip, and my guess is the PR department are trying to ride the Android buzz (and they seem to be doing a pretty good job of it at the moment), so again I don't see the reason why the Kogan 'phone can't exist because of this. I still don't see how you can say the specification "is complete rubbish". So it's got a couple of typos, theres some tech that it possible but not yet available, and they've hit some shipping delays. I still beleive that the device could ship in Jan and we may see it happen. Now if there's someone from Kogan listening maybe they could give some more definitive answers....
