Unless you can provide Kogan memos, emails, or similar solid references showing that they are purposefully misleading consumers and they have no intention of shipping the 'phone as stated on their website I won't agree that their spec is "complete rubbish" and that they're deliberately misleading consumers because it's entirely possible that they *could* just be honest mistakes. > And since Kogan have not turned up here to clarify anything nor > changed their spec.
