Quick update to the community. We will be rolling out production support for
billing between the evening of the 8th (PST) and the following morning.
Current users of SAM will be affected. Downloads will be blocked and current
applications feeds will be inactive. This means that new users of SAM will
just see a blank page, without catalog info. Old users (SAM 2.1/2.2) will
see the catalog but will be unable to download. We expect the outage to last
up to two hours.

Users will need to download SAM 2.3 to purchase applications. Developers
will have to agree to our Marketplace terms to have their application
available. You will be able to agree to them from the site on
Thursday/Friday. I'll ping the list when this is available.

As part of this release, we are introducing high availability, so for future
releases, we expect to have little-to-no down time, in most cases.
