All of these terms and conditions you mention are Google's application
restrictions for their own Market and their own distribution. SlideME
Marketplace is completely separate from Google's distribution channel. Thus
SlideME MarketPlace, and SAM, aren't subject to Google's terms. Developers
can, and have, uploaded to multiple markets for a while.
