You could always use bundle one of the alternatives (Koolu & NITDroid 
use AndAppStore).

The Market client is a piece of Google proprietary software so you're 
unlikely to get it on your Chinese 'phone unless one of the groups 
involved in producing or selling it to you has an agreement with Google.
