No, it is a dev version of the TechFaith QiGi i6. Just like ADP1, it has unlocked and the developer can do anything with it.
I am requesting a bigger screen at this time. They can do customizations like that, with a price. So if you can let me know what feature/price is most desirable in a dev phone, I will negotiate and get the deal done.
