I'm with you. I've been developing for iphone because i can't get android in Portugal and it seems it will take a while to get it. I formed a company dedicated on creating apps and now i feel very disappointed with this situation. I payed the $25 and then i can't access the phone in Portugal and also i can't sell for now it seems a bit off. Google needs to put this on a fast track if it want's Android to succeed. The 24h period is too much time, Google should scrap this like apple did.
