Support or dev?, Steve said support, you said dev.

For me the dev people (JBQ, Dianne, etc.) are doing a great job in 
cranking the code and helping developers, but support sucks more than 
any hoover I've ever owned (lack of responses on formal boards, lack of 
updates on fundamental problems, lack of information supplied to the 
community in a timely manner, etc.).
