You make a great point about Google. Since they are the marketplace and the ecom gateway they should be in a unique position to challenge any chargeback automatically on the basis that the application was installed unless the customer claims fraud (my credit card was stolen).
At the very least Google should auto remove the software when the chargeback comes through the system.
