yeah I got hit with a chargeback a few weeks ago and posted about it
on this group, The $3 fee to chargeback a 99 cent app seems a little
steep to me because there is no chance for the developer to defend
themselves... If someone wanted to be really evil they could organize
a significant number of people to each buy a 99 cent app and then have
each person request a chargeback... the situation sucks, but I doubt
it will ever change.
