Wow... so let me get this straight - somebody looked at your comment for his app, cross-checked your username with the information from Google Checkout, and then wrote you a mail? Okay, that person has some nerve! One star for complete disregard for privacy!
In his semi-defense, I am somewhat disappointed that people often write negative comments about features that do work and they just don't use right. You could argue that the developer should have included better documentation or make the app easier to use, but if the user had contacted the developer first and asked for advice, it would have been a win-win for both of them: A satisfactory app for the user and good rating for the developer. Still... that was unacceptable.
