Assuming you're a small guy just like me, it's not much different from
releasing anywhere, so you might as well enter.

I've packaged a release specific to the ADC. This allows continuing
updates of the main app in the Market. While that moves on, the ADC
entry naturally falls behind, turning stale within a few months. And
I've got a kill switch built in, although for other reasons.

That has been discussed over the years and is Google's boilerplate
language that allows them to host your stuff in the web. Not designed
to be used "against" you. Otherwise, see above.

Maybe yes, maybe no. Again, if it falls through it's like you didn't
enter in the first place.
