PalmOS died so many years ago that there is really no motive for this.
VERY VERY VERY few people use palmos applications any more. The palmos
emulator was one of the interesting things supposed to be included in
the Access Linux OS, back when they first (unsuccessfully) tried to
sell it, but even that was a very long time ago -- 2006. The last
version of palmos (5.something) was still recent enough (2 years out)
that this made some sense.

Just let palm die already. They already have a LONG history of no
support -- It was about FIVE YEARS that they stagnated.
