There is NO NEED for java on this. You simply compile the source for the target architecture and it will be fine. It is as simple as "./ configure; make".
If you aren't interested in taking the time to do something, you certainly can't make any assumption that someone else is willing to take THEIR time to build something that only you are interested in. You have to ask yourself... "what's in it for them?" -- if the answer is "nothing", then you're on your own, and in this case, there is nothing in it for them. So have fun.
