Because of my Google Checkout pages.
I've had purchases in which authorizations were not issued for 2 days.
These purchases never turned 'green' (final) or into an
'x' (cancelled), but just stayed 'gray' in Google Checkout, while
other purchases around the same time started to turn 'green' in about
a day.

Then that purchase was authorized after two days and then it started
to turn 'green' later as well.

As soon as it is 'green', the purchases can no longer be refunded
through automatic customer request.
