If not, then probably best to add it.

Fully agree with what most others are saying here. Don't allow comment
edits to float to the top - although maybe for the first time the user
comments after any update is released.

Could also randomize comment order within the last 24 hours though
this would only really impact those apps that get a lot of comments.
