Good morning all. This morning I talked with Representative Jaime Herrera Beutler of Congress.
She said that a bill has passed in the house, and as is faily common, has not seen any action in the Senate. The Senate tends to table House bills, since they lean in a different political direction, and has therefore never even passed a budget. I'm assuming she meant HR 1249. http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billsearch.xpd?q=patent+reform The Senate passed S 23 with 95 votes.
