Hello all, I am in the process of starting an app business. I was hoping this community would share a little bit about how they established their business, specifically how its structured (e.g sole proprietorship, LLP or LLC etc.). It's probably worth mentioning that I will be working with a partner. I want to get it established as best as possible before I start investing my own money into equipment. I already plan on speaking to a business lawyer, but I am interested to know what developers are using so that I have a better idea of what business model works in general.
