Well it's still risky doing the home office thing even, according the IRS rules, you have to use that space EXCLUSIVELY for business. If you do anything else there (play video games, watch movies on the computer, etc) then it does not qualify. Granted, how would they know, but I'm just saying that if you are being 100% honest with it than you would be "breaking" this direction.
