That's the key; put it in on day 0. This is the concept omoling failed to grasp in another thread. Anyone with an objection will ask or not install in the first place. Wait until you have 40,000 paid users and then change it, and you are asking for trouble. Three months before the experiment, I had taken out that permission. I just checked and an AppBrain user is worth about $.16. But they don't take bids less than .20. :( An Adwords user is worth about .31. But they are pay per click which is somewhat riskier. On the whole, I think I am slightly in the black on Adwords.
