I'm using a Perl CGI script under AOLserver 4.0.1 for this.
HTTP_ACCEPT_ENCODING is different for different browsers - well it was the
same for IE5.5, Foxfire and Netscape, but different for IE6.0, so I assumed
it was meaningful.
