I'm not sure about this. It might be that the coverage of OmegaWiki (concepts, info on these concepts) is different/complementary to that in Wiktionary. IMO the way to go would be to (i) think about what kind of info you want to extract and import into Apertium dictionaries and then (ii) see what kind of info is available in each wiki resource to decide which is more suitable.
