Hmm, I'm not sure, it seems to be in the original dictionary: https://github.com/elaichi/apertium-de-en-dev/blob/master/enwiktionary-de-nouns.txt.speling?raw=true I wonder if they were from Wiktionary, or just automatically added. Anyway, if they don't exist, removing them sounds fine to me. Do you have commit access ?
