Ah, I thought it was a non-issue since ca-it does not exist on GitHub. Both pt-ca and por-cat do though.
I haven't checked but I'm almost certain the behavior is undefined and in practice depends on OS readdir implementations (whichever one is read second will probably override the first). An issue could be opened to define the behavior but I think a better solution is to use a branch or something else outside changing APy.
