Any (well I haven't tried them all - but all the big) ISPs in Sweden act
like that. And trying to do it in Windows 95 doesn't help either since
there's still some basic facts you need to know (like the phone number to
call - and no I'm NOT kidding).
It was much better when you got the information you needed on a piece of
paper, but that was a very long time ago now.
