Can't you guys read? :-) I too had similar problems with the main
freewwweb site, which is why I recommended signing up here:

"I am using DOS with freewwweb (U.S.A. and Canada). I signed up with
 TCI: Freewwweb 4 Linux at http://www.teledyn.com/products/FreeWWW/ .
 Standard PPP account. Clear instructions and nothing to download."

"I found everthing I needed for a complete PPP setup, including DNS
 numbers at http://www.teledyn.com/products/FreeWWW/#config. While
 this site is aimed mainly at Linux users, I found it much more
 straightforward than the actual freewwweb site for a non-Windows
 (i.e. DOS) set up."
