Freewwweb also has a page that allows you to sign up without
needing to download anything. I'm not sure of the URL, but I think
the link is from Quick Sign Up or something like that. If anybody
really wants it, I can find out where it is exactly.
I'm assuming that this page that Howard mentions probably links to
that page or something to that effect.
