On mine I use manual tcp/ip setup, in arachne.cfg it still had TCPconfig
LANCTP.CFG in it which it doesn't use in my case, so I just commented
out that line (ie. ;TCPconfig LANTCP.CFG) and that speeds it up for me..
but I don't know for sure if that will work for you.
