If web-site developers would simply desist from using Java-Script or Java
in their web-pages, then no browser developer would have to trouble himself
with implementing Java capabilities. Java is bad because it presents itself
as a needless frill requiring one's attention, and it has to be coped with
somehow. As for most of the people on this list, the majority would prefer
to access web pages that are rich in information content and free of all
needless frills that eat up one's system resources and impede the
downloading time of web pages. As for the dozers, they think that frills
are exciting, amusing, and very cool. Most of the rest of us would rather
just fly on to our targets to collect information instead of flak. Java
is causing our web pilots to crash everywhere.
