Karen, I think you were responding to my message. It was the only one I 
could find with the word "well" in it.

The idea which Guenter came up with was for you to see if your speech
synthesizer would accept input from the printer port of the computer.

And then, try to see if the print function in Arachne will send the
messages and other online information acceptably to your synthesizer.

Don't use the "Print screen" key because it sends graphical information
to a file. I think the key to use is the "p" key followed by enter if
Arachne is set up to print in text mode instead of postscript mode.
