It's not the 32 bits that bothers me, it's the bloat and the horsepower required to run that stuff - and the diversion of all the useful energy of the software development community. So, I've downloaded your package. 12 minutes. I will warn others that they must have 4.4 Mb free space if they download with Arachne. Two copies of the file will exist for a short while. I have installed both DragonLinux and PygmyLinux and they both work very well with Lynx. Of course, 20Megs (each) to run Lynx is a bit much don't you think ? I shall explode your package tonite and report on it tomorrow. In my extremely limited knowledge of the Linux situation I tend to agree with your conclusion that it would be nice if Arachne could run on the earlier libraries.
