BasicLinux is _much_ smaller than Pygmy. It sits in a DOS directory and uses about 2meg of space -or- it can be booted from two floppies. Currently it includes links (better than lynx), telnet and ftp. There's room to add fetchmail, if that's what people want, but I was assuming Arachne would do the mail. Mulinux is even smaller and includes a wondrous array of stuff. But most of it is 'rustic' and has only limited functionality. In contrast, BasicLinux uses standard, fully-functional versions of telnet, ftp, links, pppd and ipfwadm.
