Most of the time yes, but not if the item is removed from cache (ie. using
amove.bat for the time being).
Besides it redraws the page which took a very long time (45 as compared to
15 minutes for a "e-book" on the universities Pentium Pro 180 machines
connected to the LAN to fully download - and I didn't move the files then).
