Recently here in Tucson, a jogger was accosted by a couple of muggers. A
couple of seconds later, one mugger lay wounded on the ground and the other
mugger broke all existing olympic records in the dash and hurtles leaving the
scene. You see, the jogger had a CCW (Carrying a Concealed Weapon) permit
for just such an occasion. The best deterrent to crime there is!
