It's quite predictable that robbers and muggers steal their weapons (or buy
them stolen). Therefor having less weapons that can be stolen is a way to
limit the ammount of weapon that criminals can get.
And with that I think I'll retract from this discussion (it's even worse
then the "OS flame war" IMHO). Anyone interested in my opinion on this
matter can look it up in the archives since this has been up for debate
from time to time, but for the rest of you I think I'll save some bandwidth.
