of Edit. Yep, I use the MS-DOS 6.22 Edit. Its actually one of the
better programs I saw so far. I'm still amazed that something like
this actually came out from Microsoft.
(when I need to edit multiple files, I use the Windows 95 version
of Edit. Which is even better, suprisingly!)

DR-DOS 7.03 has an EDIT that is not limited by low memory, but can take only one
file at a time. I have FTE for DOS, not my favorite. So far, my favorite is
EPM for OS/2. IBM, so anxious to get users to switch from OS/2, ought to port
EPM to Linux.
