My point is that you don't need to resort to "you know what". ;-)

Visit http://www.takecontrol.com/ and place your cursor on any of the
links. Now, take a look at the status line at the lower-left of the
Arachne screen. There's the URL of the document you want.

All but 3 of them can be linked to with no alterations.

3 of them are JS "pop-up windows".
javascript:popupWindow('disclaimer.html', 420, 430)
javascript:popupWindow('glossary.html', 420, 430)
javascript:popupWindow('http://teststage.echomail.com/takecontrol/
coupon/coupon_pop.html', 420, 430)

The first 2 can easily be linked to by simply hitting "G" and adding
disclaimer.html or glossary.html to the existing URL on the URL line.

The 3rd one is even easier.
Just link to the coupon button and the "unknown protocol" screen will
come up. Now just remove the "JUNK" from the beginning and end of the
URL so that you are left with only this....
http://teststage.echomail.com/takecontrol/coupon/coupon_pop.html

Press enter and you've got the page you wanted. :)

Proof that it is that easy...
