Well, if you went looking for "Whitworth" wrenches you might have more
luck ... still made of unobtainium in US tho. 

Old MG's, TR's etc ... BSA, Royal Enfield etc ... all those neat old oil
drippin Brit machines. 

Oil drippin US stuf uses "sizes. I.E: Harley Davidson (well the old ones
anyway)

My personal favorite is the "in betwix" wrenches made from worn-out dies
... usually made in "IwonderwheretheF***kweareastan".
