Hi Phil,
Thank you for your reply, but I don't understand it. We have completely the
changed the cultural period authority document, for instance, admittedly
possibly with fewer concepts on it but it loads onto the drop down fine,
likewise the keyword authority file. Is it where we've added additional
concepts to an authority file, making it longer than before?
Lucy

document load
Hi Lucy,
I'm afraid you have to add the concepts to the relevant dropdown yourself.
Similarly if you've added any concepts to any of the pre-existing
authority documents you'll need to add them to the dropdown as well.
The good news is you only have to add the highest level terms and their
children will automatically be added as well.

Subject: [Arches] Adding concepts to drop down lists through authority
document load
We have created new authority documents for new nodes and they are loading
correctly and appearing in the concepts list but not in the drop down
section of the RDM and therefore not in the input forms. We have used
'index' as the concept type and in every respect they look like the
standard authority documents such as cultural period whose concepts do
appear in the dropdown lists. What are we missing and what do we need to
do?
Thank you, Lucy
