BMC will support versions of OS, DBMS, etc. that the manufacturer
supports.

That brings up an interesting point....If you look in the CMDB 2.0 User
guide (Accessing the CMDB console), on page 10, it says:

"On Windows 2000, choose Start > Programs > Action Request System > BMC
Remedy User."

Though I do remember BMC saying that they were going to be dropping
support for Windows 2000.  Now I'm not sure what to believe...
