Hi List, Would there be anyone who can help me with some document which is prepared without any bias which will show the comparative study done on BMC Remedy productline specially ITSM with its nearest competitors such as HP and CA. It will be quite helpful for me if I could get the document, which I can present to one of my potential client where I am currently having a debate kind of situation on why Remedy should be prefered on HP and CA.
