Are you aware that Remedy AR System is not merely ITSM, but the development platform on which tools like ITSM can be build? You might want to consider other solutions build on Remedy like our own ExpertDesk ( http://www.expertdesk.com). A strong point for any AR System backed solution is the ability to integrate with other systems using one of the many strategies that the AR System offers.
